Foundation parts

The part that looks like a "T" fits down over the pier that is buried deep in the soil. The big brackets are bolted to the concrete foundation.

  • The hardware On the bottom are the brackets that are screwed into the foundation. Above them are the helical piers and above those are the extensions so the piers can be driven deeply enough to find a good purchase in the right kind of soil.
