Far west side of house

You can really see how much the foundation has been lifted here. The upper part will be removed and the bolts trimmed down, then the soil filled in to proper grade.

  • The hardware On the bottom are the brackets that are screwed into the foundation. Above them are the helical piers and above those are the extensions so the piers can be driven deeply enough to find a good purchase in the right kind of soil.
